Shipping and Returns
Shipping Terms: All products are downloadable links, or when indicated, they are processed and shipped within 2-5 five business days. Please contact us if you have a special request for faster shipment, and we will try to accommodate you.
We ship using U.S. Postal Service "Priority" for USA and its territories. All shipments may are tracked with a USPS number. Unless you are from a military installation of the United States overseas, we cannot guarantee arrival of your purchase to its final destination.
Other Methods of Shipping: If requested by the customers, we may use an overnight or two-day shipping method. Extra charges may apply and must be paid in advance if you request this faster delivery method. We cannot guarantee shipments of products by a certain date under any circumstances and are not liable for loss or of any kind, financial or otherwise, that may be associated with your not receiving a product by a specified time.
Free Preview of Products: We will send you a free preview of a heavily marked handout at your request, however, it will be enough content for you to judge the quality of the product. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds: Full refunds are guaranteed on any product for 90 days, even digital products. We are a business to business company and our products are so outstanding, we are happy to take this risk of loss to impress our audience. So, until further notice, you can feel absolutely safe in your investment in HandoutsPlus.com products. We do ask you to affirm that you have deleted any downloads that we refund.

Declined Preview Requests: We may at our sole discretion, refuse to allow a product to be previewed by any person or organization, and for any reason. In most instances, this is because the requesting person needs the product only for a one-time instructive purpose or research with no intention to buy it later. We also receive “gmail” and hotmail requests. Such emails are generally declined because they demonstrate that they are not businesses with serious interest in our products.
We may also refuse requests to preview a product where we believe a person has no intention of purchasing the product or for some other reason i.e.; no authority within their organization to make an independent purchasing decision; or has no ability to encumber funds for the purchase. Sending previews is expensive, so we try to curtail previews where we determine that the likelihood of a purchase is remote or nonexistent.
Price changes: We believe our prices are the lowest possible with the highest quality. DFA Publishing and Consulting, LLC strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally, prices change without notice and may not be the same price found in a catalog that you may have received in the mail or found online.
